Course Overview
Our hands-on Italian baking workshop will put you through your paces as a baker!
Learning how to work with high hydration doughs to create a wonderful open structured crumb. You will learn to make:
- a classic ciabatta
- a rosemary and sea salt focaccia
- delicious grissini bread sticks
- sweet treats
- twice baked biscotti biscuits
- and some simple but absolutely delicious amaretti biscuits
We guarantee you will leave the classroom saying “Bella Cottura”
