Course Overview

Learning how to work with high hydration doughs to create a wonderful open structured crumb. You will learn to make:

  • a classic ciabatta
  • a rosemary and sea salt focaccia
  • delicious grissini bread sticks
  • sweet treats
  • twice baked biscotti biscuits
  • and some simple but absolutely delicious amaretti biscuits

We guarantee you will leave the classroom saying “Bella Cottura”
