Spend the day within our impressive butchery facility at Plumpton College on this immersive workshop. Using Plumpton pork, you will be given the opportunity to experience sausage making from start to finish, beginning with the whole carcase.

In this comprehensive one day workshop, you will be cutting and preparing not just sausage meat but your own pork joint. You'll learn how to create your own to your own unique flavour of sausages to take home with you.

Following guidance from our expert butchery lecturers, you will be learning about the art of sausage making, the use of specialist butchery equipment, and common misconceptions about sausages.
