Welcome to the Tool Sharpening Course, a hands-on workshop designed to help you master the essential skill of sharpening tools.
Whether you're a seasoned woodworker, gardener, or just someone who values well-maintained tools, this course will provide you with the techniques and knowledge needed to keep your tools in peak condition.
Sharpening is more than just a maintenance task; it's an art that enhances the performance, safety, and longevity of your tools. Dull tools not only make tasks more difficult but can also lead to accidents and damage to materials. We will cover:
- the fundamentals of sharpening, including understanding blade angles
- selecting the right sharpening stones or equipment
- employing the correct techniques for different tools
Through practical demonstrations and hands-on practice, you’ll gain the confidence to tackle sharpening projects on your own.
In this course, you will learn how to properly sharpen a variety of garden tools so please bring what you need sharpened!
