The aims of this one-day course are to provide a good level of knowledge on the traditional method sparkling winemaking processes to those who are making and selling sparkling wine. The day introduces the winemaking theory relating to the key winery operations: tirage, secondary fermentation, disgorging and dosage.

Please note this course is theory only and does not include any practical sessions in the winery.
