Examples of bursary evidence
When applying for a bursary, we (Plumpton College) are required to see the total household income of the address where the student resides. This is defined by ‘every income for the household you need to able to run the household’ – in whatever form this comes in, such a tax credits, personal independent payments, employment income etc. This is a requirement from the Government to enable us to receive bursary funding to help you.
Below is a small example of the type of evidence we must have to process any application. There will be some evidence that can only be shown on a bank statement, for example, Child Benefit. Please provide as much evidence as you can to help us and avoid any delays in your application for bursary support.
If you have any queries, please contact bursary@plumpton.ac.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible during the busy application time.
