October

Applications open for September start (following year)

December - April

Apply for Accommodation

You must have your 8 digit student reference number.

1st April

Applications close

Acommodation applications will remain open for the duration of the academic year but after the 1st April you will automatically be placed on our waiting list, regardless of your distance from the college.

4th- 22nd April

1-2-1 Meetings

If necessary, we may need to meet with you to find out any more information.

From 26th May

Room Offers

All those that applied for residency prior to the 1st April will receive correspondence via email regarding their residential status.

Please be aware that all correspondence will be made via the email address listed under the student’s name. We will require a response to any room offered to you within 14 days of receiving your offer email.

Please note, if you receive correspondence stating that you have been placed on our waiting list then you shall be contacted via email the moment that a room becomes available.

From 1st May

Apply for financial support (if necessary)

9th June

Room Offers

Payment of £200 non-refundable deposit to secure your room is needed.

17th June

Applications open for remaining rooms

Payment of £200 non-refundable deposit to secure your room is needed.

July-August

Our finance team will contact you to arrange setting up a payment plan.

26th & 28th August - 6pm

28th August - under 18s

Move in days

6th September - over 18s

7th September - under 18s
