Our undergraduate courses last typically 3 years full time but we also have accelerated degree courses in BSc (Hons) Sustainable Agriculture and BSc (Hons) Rural Land & Business Management which runs over 2 years. Our foundation degrees (the first and second year of a bachelor’s degree) typically lasts 2 academic years but you can opt to top-up and gain a full BSc Honours degree (options vary depending on the course you study).

Our BSc (Hons) Veterinary Physiotherapy degree is accessible via distance learning, you will be required to attend in-person four (exceptionally five) weeks per year for practical tuition and assessments. On campus short stay accommodation is available for these with meals included.

The Common Travel Area (CTA) gives Irish and UK citizens the right to access all levels of education and training in each other’s state. You must also meet the residency criteria to access financial support. Please note, you must be resident in Ireland for 3 years before the start of your course to be eligible under the CTA.
