Your Role:

As a Key Learning Mentor, you will:
Provide specialist support for students with SEND, helping them develop personal, social, and employability skills.
Work closely with Student Services to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Assist students in accessing welfare and counselling services, ensuring they have the support they need to succeed.
Act as a key point of contact for students, liaising with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies.
Support intervention work, attendance, retention, and student progress.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:
Experience working with young people with SEND.
Strong pastoral, welfare, and/or safeguarding experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
IT proficiency and a minimum Level 2 qualification in literacy and numeracy.

Desirable:
Specialist knowledge in SEND, SpLD, or health-related student support.
