What you’ll be doing:
Inspiring & Teaching – Deliver engaging lessons, ensuring students receive outstanding learning experiences.
Assessing & Supporting – Conduct assessments, provide constructive feedback, and guide students toward academic and career success.
Curriculum Development – Help design and enhance our Animal Management courses.
Personal Tutoring – Mentor and support students on their learning journey, helping them develop both academically and personally.
Continuous Improvement – Engage in professional development and contribute to improving teaching standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree or professional qualification in Animal Management or a related subject.
- A teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Industry experience or specialist knowledge in key areas of animal care, welfare, or conservation.
- Passion for education, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Strong IT skills and ability to incorporate modern technology into teaching.
- Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and diversity.
