About the Role: You will deliver engaging and effective teaching, learning, and assessment sessions, guiding students to reach their full potential in dog grooming and related studies. With your industry expertise and teaching skills, you'll help shape the careers of budding professionals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons to inspire and engage students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Develop tailored Individual Learning Plans and adapt teaching to meet diverse student needs.
  • Use innovative teaching tools and technology to enhance the learning experience.
  • Support students’ English and maths development within the curriculum.
  • Provide one-to-one tutoring, career guidance, and pastoral support.
  • Participate in programme reviews and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain professional development and stay updated on industry and educational best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 3 qualification in Dog Grooming (essential).
  • Relevant teaching qualification or willingness to achieve one.
  • Strong sector experience and subject matter expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and motivating learning environment.
  • Competence in IT and educational technology.
