Are you a skilled painter and decorator who takes pride in high standards and professional finishes? Do you want to bring your talents to a unique and inspiring educational environment set in the stunning South Downs? 

We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-focused Painter and Decorator to join our Estates team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the visual appeal and functionality of our vibrant campus – where no two days are the same. 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Carrying out high-quality internal and external decorating work across our diverse buildings 
  • Prepping surfaces, applying specialist finishes, and delivering to a planned maintenance schedule 
  • Supporting with general site presentation, room refreshes, and minor maintenance tasks 
  • Working as part of a proactive Estates team to ensure safety, compliance, and a welcoming college environment 

What we’re looking for: 

  • Proven experience in painting and decorating, ideally in a commercial or educational setting 
  • Full UK driving licence 
  • Attention to detail, pride in your craft, and ability to work independently or as part of a team 
  • Knowledge of decorating materials, techniques, and COSHH regulations 
  • Comfortable with manual handling and working at height
