Are you a highly organized, proactive individual with a passion for providing excellent administrative support? Plumpton College is seeking a Registry Administrator to join our dynamic team, ensuring the seamless management of student records and contributing to the success of our academic operations.
Your Role
As a Registry Administrator, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to curriculum divisions regarding enrolments, timetables, and student records.
- Maintain and process student data across various income streams, including full-time, part-time, HE courses, and apprenticeships.
- Collaborate with Curriculum Managers to ensure data accuracy and support informed decision-making.
- Assist in audits, ensuring compliance with policies and standards, including evidence storage for student amendments.
- Provide professional support during peak times, college events, and student interviews.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance administrative processes and embrace new technologies.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- A Level 3 qualification in IT, Customer Service, Business Administration, or a related field.
- GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C/4 minimum).
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with database systems like ProSolution.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Experience:
- Familiarity with ProSuite systems.
- Understanding of education sector funding, GDPR, and safeguarding practices.
- Experience working with awarding organizations (e.g., Pearson, City & Guilds).
