One Garden Brighton is a fantastic destination garden within Stanmer Park. Carefully reinvented and restored by the Plumpton College group, the gates opened the to the public for the first time in April 2021. Rooted in the past, it focuses on inspiration for the future. Whether for eating, meeting, pleasure, or plants, One Garden Brighton is a place for everyone, with things to discover every day. 

The gardens celebrate both heritage and innovation and include productive traditional fruit and vegetable gardens as well as a series of contemporary themed gardens which are designed for typical, often difficult, urban conditions. The attraction also features One Kitchen, a place to eat and drink. 

The role will deliver ‘exceptional service, every time, for everyone’ and champion a service culture within the team.  The postholder will maintain consistent standards of presentation of people, service and product at all times.  

The Restaurant Supervisor role will support the front of house team to ensure they deliver their customer experience targets, ensuring the highest standards of customer service. This includes One Kitchen, the terrace, bar, coffee cart and any pop-up offers. The role will deputise for the One Kitchen (Restaurant) Manager. You will have previous experience of working in table service restaurants, preferably at a visitor attraction, and ideally experience of working or supervising small to medium size events such as weddings and corporate parties. We are looking for someone who is willing to work flexibly and can work well under pressure, in a busy restaurant setting. 

You will report to the Restaurant Manager of One Garden Brighton and will deputise for this role
