We are seeking a dynamic Student Enrichment Officer (Evenings) to bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to our residential student experience. Do you thrive in a hands-on, interactive environment? Do you want to create memorable and enriching experiences for young people? If so, this is your opportunity to shine!

What you'll do:

  • Be the heartbeat of student life, supporting students with their pastoral, social, and residential needs.
  • Lead the charge on organizing and delivering fun and engaging student enrichment events—from sports to social activities, your creativity will keep the student experience vibrant.
  • Be the friendly face of campus in the evenings, offering top-tier front-of-house service to ensure safety, well-being, and student happiness.
  • Get involved in campus safety as a fire warden and first aider, ensuring a secure environment for all.
  • Partner with students, staff, and external stakeholders to deliver residential tutorials, supporting student success at every turn.

What we’re looking for:

  • A passionate advocate for students who has experience supporting young people in both pastoral and disciplinary settings.
  • A confident leader who can motivate and inspire students to get involved, while working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flexible, problem-solving mindset.
  • Tech-savvy, with a full UK driving license and the drive to make a positive impact every day.
