Plumpton College is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Student Enrichment Officer (Evenings) to join our dynamic team and help create an outstanding residential student experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Be a key player in supporting students with their pastoral, social, and residential needs.
  • Take charge of organising and delivering engaging student enrichment events, including sports and social activities.
  • Provide a welcoming and professional front-of-house service, ensuring the safety, well-being, and happiness of all students.
  • Play a hands-on role in campus safety, acting as a fire warden and first aider.
  • Support the planning and delivery of residential tutorials, working closely with students, staff, and external stakeholders to maximise student success.

What we’re looking for:

  • A passionate advocate for student success, with experience supporting young people in both pastoral and disciplinary roles.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and empower students, with a collaborative spirit to work as part of a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a flexible, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
  • IT skills, a full UK driving licence, and a desire to make a real difference in students’ lives.
