Are you passionate about veterinary nursing and eager to support the next generation of professionals? Plumpton College is seeking a Student Veterinary Nursing Co-ordinator to guide and mentor students through their professional training journey, from enrolment to registration.

We are looking to recruit professional and ambitious individuals to form an integral part of our growing Veterinary Nursing team. 

We are looking to recruit a Student Veterinary Nurse (SVN) Co-Ordinator to work on a part-time basis to support and guide students and providers through all steps associated with their professional training and registration. To provide specialist pastoral and academic support throughout the student journey and co-ordinate activities between the awarding body, professional regulatory body, and the academic team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate activities between awarding bodies, regulatory agencies, and the academic team to ensure students' success.
  • Provide both academic and pastoral support, helping students develop study skills, prepare for exams, and overcome challenges.
  • Manage student records, exam bookings, and communication with external bodies.
  • Organise events, including interviews, open days, and student forums, and support the delivery of an exceptional learning experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Veterinary Nursing qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for student welfare.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with well-developed IT skills.
  • A collaborative team player, eager to help students achieve their full potential.
